I would recommend Michele Keely from Professional Choice to anyone looking for a property manager or realtor. She is customer focused, intelligent, and dependable. As my property manager Michele was very easy to work with, the application process was smooth, and I had no problems living in the rental property. When I decided to purchase a home I knew I wanted someone like Michele in my corner. I was worried my lease would get in the way of me purchasing a home but Michele was able to offer great solutions and there was no resentment over me wanting out of the lease early. I was eager to get the process started, so she showed me 13 different houses in one week, talk about quick and easy! I had my sights set on one house and I was ready to put in an offer, Michele recommended we go back and look at it a second time, thank goodness she had me go back because that house needed so much work! Michele was able to point areas with water damage, flooring, cracked skylight, no outlets in the bathroom, and other miscellaneous areas that the untrained eye wouldn’t notice, this probably would have cost me close to $20,000 to get the home how I wanted. She saved me! The next week I did make a decision and am completely in love with the house I purchased! Before I got the keys to my house she even scheduled time to let my mom (from out of town) see the house, talk about going above and beyond! If you are looking for an amazing realtor who understands the business and makes the process flawless for her customers, you cannot go wrong with Michele Keely!
